Nelson Advisor and Salary Guides
Nelson is a California-based staffing company. Every year their business development team puts out a guide sharing findings on workplace trends and current salaries, and each edition gets its own visual concept built around that year's story. I've partnered with Nelson's Shirin Miller on art direction and design for these guides.

2019 Edition:
This year's focus was on abundant job opportunities in California, so we created a modern take on the gold rush, a booklet inspired by prospecting iconography and phrases, gold coins, and golden tickets.
2019 Edition:
This year's focus was on a rise in people heading to California for employment, so we created a road trip theme. This included a booklet inspired by maps, road signage, vintage car emblems, and landscapes, with a path running throughout leading the reader to the final destination.
